2. You will need to execute our “Letter of Agency” – a document that give us permission to review related contracts, Terms and Conditions, Service Level Agreements, Circuit ID’s, Historical Reports (including outage) – The LOA will be used for Auditing purposes ONLY.
3. You will need to send us the 3 most recent months of statements, for your Data Network, Telephone, Mobility and Cloud services.
4. The audit will be completed, and then a findings review meeting will be scheduled with you.
